We found the staff were very approachable, helpful and obliging. We needed a few extras like utensils for the bbq, plates, etc and there was no problem with having them supplied. I also asked about internet access in Rosebud and was given a laptop to use. Very much appreciated.

We thought it could do with a spruce up .... just some refurbishing.

Close to the 2 events we had booked for Sat. in Rye. The bed was comfortable but there are no other redeeming features. It had the basic requirements: bed, TV, bathroom, fridge, kettle. It was convenient and cheap enough.

Outdated. Gravel driveway/ car parking lends itself to tracking dust (mud if wet) into the unit. We weren't looking for a palace on the occasion

The room was clean, and the lady at reception helped us during the evening.

A little off putting that a drunk young girl was banging on our bedroom window at 1100 at night. We had our young child in our room, and our other young child was in the room next door with my partners parents. Not the best impression of Rosebud.

Fairly basic accomodation, cramped if all available beds used. But good to provide a stay to visit friends.

The motel is old but the rooms are very clean, and the owners make you feel at home. The restaurant next door is excellent for an evening meal.

smelly office. slovenly mumbling manger, did not make up our room for second night stay - no towels, unmade bed, dirty dishes, no supply of coffee milk etc.

i loved the location i loved the bed very very comfortable It was a cozy room the only thing i did not like at all was the inadequate heating very underdone for tempretures below 4 degrees for most of the week ,the olny thing to save me was the electric blanket .
